Crossfit is amazing!!! It's been about 6 months now, and I've only been able to do it about 4 days a week with how hectic school it and all, but I've gotten some awesome results already!!! I'm part of the 500 club after yesterdays lifting. :)

Don't worry, I don't look like this all the time, just when I'm flexing! LOL Some one wrote me today and said "Um, wow. I had no idea all that was hiding under your clothes. Amazing!"... made me laugh so much!!
Anyways, after a hardcore workout yesterday, and since it's the end of the school week, we enjoyed an awesome meal of steak and shrimp, broccoli, cottage cheese, cheery tomatoes (from our own plants that I just picked) and a glass of wine. WONDERFUL day for sure!
As Jeff and I have been reading through the Bible every day together, for almost a year now, we're almost through the whole Bible and it's just been mind blowing to see how the people of God constantly turned their back, sinned and didn't obey God through the whole Bible, BUT that God's grace has never failed, and he still died on the cross KNOWING that each and every one of us would constantly be sinning, but His love was more than that knowledge!!! SO humbling and definitely something I'm working at not taking advantage of these days!!!
